One time AIHA fee and qualifier deposits
ONE TIME AIHA REGISTRATION FEE Teams in the 8u, 10u 12u, 14u and 16u age divisions, must submit a $150.00 one time AIHA team registration fee to the AIHA. The $150.00 one time fee must be submitted to the AIHA by the team’s FIRST qualifier deadline or a $25.00 late fee will be added. Teams in the High school, 18u, Adult and Women’s divisions must submit a $50.00 one time AIHA registration fee. As in the youth age divisions, High school, 18u, Adult and Women’s division teams must submit their one time AIHA registration fee by the team’s FIRST qualifier deadline or a $25.00 late fee will be added.
Teams in the 8u, 10u, 12u, 14u and 16u age divisions that intend to participate in no more than ONE AIHA qualifier will be required to submit a $75.00 one time AIHA registration fee by the qualifier deadline or a $25.00 late fee will be added. 18u, Adult and Women’s division teams intending on participating in only one AIHA qualifier WILL NOT have to submit a one time AIHA registration fee.

QUALIFIER DEPOSIT Depending on the age division, the following AIHA qualifier deposits must be submitted to the AIHA before the posted late registration due date of a qualifier or a $25.00 late fee will also be added to teams intending on participating in an AIHA qualifier.

Complete AIHA player release form It is vital that each player (adults and women included) on every team, fill out and complete an AIHA PLAYER RELEASE FORM. This form will require each player to enter important player, rink, program and team information as well as AAU INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP ID NUMBERS and AAU CLUB NUMBERS. AAU numbers will not be required for adult and women players, however, completed release forms are still required. Also needed will be both parents signature (only for players 18 and under). The release form MUST be completed for each roster name and must be submitted to the AIHA before a team’s arrival at their first qualifier. If new players are added to a team’s roster (Adult and Women included) after their first qualifier, a completed AIHA PLAYER RELEASE FORM on each roster addition must be mailed in to the AIHA before any added players may participate with their team. All necessary fees relating to new players being added to team rosters must also be paid prior to new players participating with their teams. |
